Until we protect our waters, people are still going to poop and leave their litter right next to our waters. This picture is at Lake Powell, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. It shows where campers have left rolls of toilet paper on the bushes and crap and toilet paper everywhere next to the shoreline. Toilets are required, but there is no enforcement of laws. It is time to protect our waters.
